Parrot keeps track of all your recurring charges and fees to be billed after the determined periodicity of each contract. Parrot makes sure that all charges are invoiced in time and keeps the manual work at a minimum.

Do you use other apps or have per-tenant extensions?

Parrot uses contracts to create a standard invoice or project planning lines which means that apps and extensions that start with any of those are compatible with Parrot. For example, you can use the app StoryPoint to manage expenses and time spent on projects and direct these lines to the same project as a contract in Parrot to combine fixed and variable costs on one invoice.

It is also possible to combine Parrot with the app Eagle to create your own KPIs and in that way keep track of upcoming revenue, prices that need to be updated etc.

What about the costs?

Parrot has a 30-day free trial and after that, the price is based on the number of licensed users in the tenant. Essential and Premium users are priced at 6 euros/month, and Team member users are free of charge. To calculate your price and read more about our pricing please go to
